This Djael dress that I found on pinterest reminds me of Sailor Moon in her moon prisim power makeup transformation. If anyone knows where I can find this dress, please let me know! I've searched all over the internet and can't find it for sale.

Sorry, the dress is an original by Louise Roe. There's only one of that in the world, I believe. Again, sorry. It really is a nice dress though ^ ^
